Job Title: Acquisition Agent

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Door Knocker, you will play a crucial role in our acquisition process by directly engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. This position is perfect for individuals who are tenacious, personable, and driven by results. You will be on the front lines, representing our company, and making first contact with potential sellers.

  • Drive to specific homes that are in foreclosure or identified as potential investment opportunities.
  • Knock on doors to initiate conversations with homeowners, providing information about our services and how we can offer solutions to their real estate challenges.
  • Collect and record information from interactions and report back to the acquisitions team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, acting as a positive representation of our brand.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle; a van is preferred but not mandatory.
    • We have an option to acquire a Wrapped Van and/or Car Magnets that are mandatory for every door knocker. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive nature.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Base Pay + commission-based position with competitive payout structures. Successful deals resulting from your leads can result in significant earnings. Details on commission rates and structure will be discussed during the interview process.
